Widely used as a tincturing base, and some lure makers use it in place of glycerine.
When using as an anti-freeze at canine sets, mix 1 part glycol with 3 parts water and spray in several layers while making the set.
Use 2 tablespoons per pint or 1 cup per gallon to preserve fresh or aged meat or fish baits.
Takes 7 to 10 days for full effect.
Stir into bait base to ensure an even distribution throughout the bait.
