After 5 uses, sharpening about 15-20 knives, the diamond rods appear to be smooth...like the diamond plating came off. i called the company and their suggestion was to buy another set of rods approx $40. no warranty was issued, despite it being less than a year old. now i am into this thing for $120 and i am very hesitant to use the new rods as i am not sure how long they will last. OVER PRICED, UNDER QUALITY!!!
