Hi Mountain's recipes make delicious jerky. Comes with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions. Make delicious, healthy goose jerky economically and in your own oven, smoker or dehydrator. Enough cure and seasoning for up to 15 lbs. of goose meat, but you can make as little as one pound at a time.  
This is created and blended especially for waterfowl hunters. It can also be used with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Powder with Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Soy Sauce {Soy Sauce
